Kelly Schroeder, RDH, MS is a Program Evaluation Specialist with CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. Schroeder has over 14 years of clinical dental hygiene experience along with a master’s degree in public health and research. Experience and research opportunities has culminated in several peer reviewed journal publications on various oral health topics. Schroeder leads the evaluation processes and qualitative research for oral health transformational programs that create equity and opportunity for optimum oral health for all people.
