Description: Great strides have been made in achieving licensure portability for the dental professions this year. Attend this workshop to learn about the latest developments in establishing the Dentist and Dental Hygienist (DDH) Compact. We will share updates on the legislative efforts in partnership with the Council of State Governments, American Dental Association, Coalition for Modernizing Dental Licensure, and the ADHA to make licensure portability a reality. We will also discuss the next steps in the process, what you might hear about the AADB compact, how to address issues and concerns among your colleagues, and how to prepare for compact legislation in your state.
