David Tepel, DMD is the Director of the Oral Health Program at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In this capacity, he oversees school-based dental care across nearly 1,000 public schools, as well as surviellance, policy, and educational initiatives. He has previously presented at NOHC on Quality Assurance in school-based dental sites. David also maintains a private dental practice.
