John O'Malley, MHI is the Manager of Data Science at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health and PhD candidate at the Univeristy of Michigan joint program in Health Infrastructures & Learnings Systems & Scientific Computing, where he focuses his research on phenotyping periodontal disease from clinical records. John also created and manages the National Oral Health Data Portal in partnership with the Association of State & Territiorial Dental Directors.
